We take one of our flavoursome beef rumps, portion it and hand tie it to produce a premium rolled rump roasting joint weighing 2kg (serves 7-8).
We source the finest grass-fed beef from British and Irish farms to bring you beef joints with amazing taste, consistency and quality.
Packed full of flavour, this joint is perfect for roasting, braising, slow cooking or even smoking.

PLEASE NOTE: our butchers will endeavour to cut this joint at 2kg, but we do allow a 200g tolerance either side, so the joint will weigh between 1.8kg – 2.2kg.
Delivery
We deliver our meat fresh in high performance, thermal insulated packages which are designed specifically for deliveries of fresh food. The packaging has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
