Trade Mark rights are owned by Mr J P Morgan
and are licensed to Stilton Butchers (UK) Ltd for use in
operating the business and website. When you shop with us, use our website, or contact our team, these Terms & Conditions apply.
By using our site, you agree to follow them — so please read them carefully. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You agree not to use our site for anything illegal or harmful, or attempt to disrupt our website in any way. We may update these Terms from time to time — the latest version will always be posted on this page. We work hard to show accurate product details and images, but some items may look slightly different in real life.
All products are subject to availability, and prices may change at any time.
If something you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll let you know and offer a suitable alternative or refund. All prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time you place your order.
We accept major debit and credit cards through secure payment systems. If there’s a pricing error on the website, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation — this confirms we’ve received your order.
You’ll get another email when your order has been processed and dispatched. We may cancel or limit orders if products are unavailable, payment can’t be authorised, or there’s an issue with delivery details.
If this happens, we’ll always try to contact you and offer a solution. We deliver throughout mainland UK. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout.

or call 01733 866551. Because most of our products are perishable food items, we can’t accept returns unless the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival.
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if possible. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Codes from third-party websites won’t be accepted.
Discounts can’t usually be combined with other offers or applied to sale items (unless stated otherwise). When you create an account or place an order, please make sure all your details are accurate and up to date.
