We source the finest grass-fed beef from British and Irish farms and mature it for 28 days, to bring you beef joints with amazing taste, consistency and quality.

PLEASE NOTE: our butchers will endeavour to prepare this joint at 2.5kg or 3.1kg, but we do allow a tolerance either side, so the joint will weigh between 2.3kg-2.7kg for the 2 bone, or 2.9kg-3.3kg for the 3 bone.
Delivery
We deliver our meat fresh in high performance, thermal insulated packages which are designed specifically for deliveries of fresh food. The packaging has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
