We deliver across the UK. Some remote postcodes are outside DHL’s next-day network:

Chilled Packaging

Orders are packed in premium insulated boxes with Woolcool® liners and gel ice packs to maintain safe temperatures for at least 72 hours in transit.

Important Notes

• Please check your selected delivery date carefully at checkout.
• Once dispatched, your parcel is handled by DHL Express on a next-day service.
• Do not amend your delivery date directly in DHL tracking. To change your date, contact us at least 48 hours before your chosen date.
• If delayed, our insulated packaging keeps products within safe temperature ranges for a minimum of 72 hours.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If left outside/with a neighbour, we may not be able to refund or replace.
• Refunds/replacements aren’t available if the wrong delivery date is selected or changed directly with DHL.

Contact our team at least 48 hours before your selected date and we’ll help. Changes made directly via DHL’s system may void our ability to guarantee your chosen date.
