All orders being delivered to PE postcodes are delivered by our Stilton Butchers drivers, so can be delivered anytime from 9am-6pm (this can be up to 8pm during busier periods), although, we endeavour to deliver between 8am and 5pm.
All other orders are delivered by DPD. You will be given a one-hour time slot for your delivery on the morning of your chosen delivery day.
Please note: Saturday deliveries are a flat rate. The cost of delivery will be the same price regardless of basket amount.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver nationwide*; however, there are some postcodes which we are currently unable to deliver to. Please see a list of excluded postcodes below:
If your postcode is listed above, we are regrettably unable to service your area as either A) our couriers do not cover your postcode, or B) we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within 24 hours. We are continually working to expand our delivery areas and thank you for your patience.
All of our nationwide deliveries will arrive in one of our high performance, thermal insulated packages which are designed specifically for direct deliveries of chilled and frozen foods.
Woolcool has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
Why is delivery priced as it is?
Our delivery charges are priced to factor in the cost of the wool cool packaging, the ice packs, the chilled transit vans and the next day service.
In busier periods, our lead times may increase. When you select a delivery date at the checkout, please double check the date you are selecting.
Please DO NOT change your delivery date via the DPD app if you have a nationwide address, if you wish to do so please contact our office on 01733 866551 with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you order is delayed for any reason in transit our packaging has been tested rigorously to keep your order in temperature for a minimum of 72 hours to allow for issues that may incur during transit.
It is your responsibility to be in when your delivery is expected. If you are not in and delivery cannot be made, or if you are not in and your package is left outside your home/in a safe place or with a neighbor, we may not cover the cost of replacing or refunding your order if it goes missing or gets damaged in your absence.
We will not be held accountable and may not issue a refund/exchange if you select the wrong date, change your date via the DPD app, if your package cannot be delivered because you are not in on your chosen delivery date.
