Our 2kg rolled rib eye joint is a sizeable roaster, perfect for sharing with friends and family (serves 7-8). We source the finest grass-fed beef from British and Irish farms to bring you beef joints with amazing taste, consistency and quality.
Rib eye is renowned for it’s consistent marbling which renders down during cooking to tenderise the joint and baste the meat with delicious, beefy flavour.
For best results, slow cook this ribeye beef joint over a long period of time.

PLEASE NOTE: our butchers will endeavour to cut this joint at 2kg, but we do allow a 200g tolerance either side, so the joint will weigh between 1.8kg – 2.2kg.
