Our humble flat iron steaks, otherwise known as a blade steak cut from the shoulder of the cow, are sourced from grass-fed cattle from British and Irish farms, from breeds including Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Longhorn and more. We specially select the beef based on the excellent quality and marbling, and the beef is then matured for 28 days.
Our expert butchers prepare all of our meat by hand to ensure superior quality and consistency.
