Our humble flat iron steaks, otherwise known as a blade steak, is a cut from the shoulder of the cow.

We carefully select the UK farms we source beef from based on the sustainability programmes on their farms, and the fact they farm to the highest animal welfare standards and uphold the same ethics and principals that we pride ourselves on. Our beef is grass-fed, so the fat varies from pure white to creamy, with seasonal arable plants such as Buttercup and Dandelion colouring the meat and fat. Breeds of cattle include Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and other traditional breeds. The beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days.

Our expert butchers prepare all of our meat by hand to ensure superior quality and consistency.

All flat iron steaks are delivered fresh to addresses nationwide.

We deliver our meat fresh in high performance, thermal insulated packages which are designed specifically for deliveries of fresh food. The packaging has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
