Our signature fillet steaks are sourced from grass-fed cattle from British and Irish farms, from native breeds including Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Longhorn and more. We specially select the beef based on the excellent quality and marbling, and the beef is then matured for 28 days.
Prepared, cut and trimmed to the highest standard by our expert butchers, Stilton Butchers’ fillet steak is ultra lean with an irresistible, super-soft, buttery texture.
