Our lambs rumps are an irresistible, mouth-watering cut of lamb. By marinating these in a delicious mint glaze, they are bursting with flavour and are excellent for a special meal at home.
They have a natural layer of fat over the top which melts into the meat during cooking, flavouring and tenderising the rump to make it extra tasty.
We source the finest grass fed lamb from a trusted farm in Essex and age it for a minimum of 7 days to bring you lamb cuts with amazing taste, consistency and quality.
Each lamb rump is cut and prepared to order and delivered fresh nationwide.
PLEASE NOTE: to enhance the cooking/eating experience, our mint glaze is delivered in a separate tub (approx 15g, suitable for 2 rumps), so you can use as much as you wish. We also find that adding the glaze once the rumps are pre-heated reduces the risk of burning in a pan and produces the tastiest results.
