We source the finest grass fed lamb from a trusted farm in Essex and age it for a minimum of 7 days to bring you lamb joints with amazing taste, consistency and quality.
Cooking the lamb joint slowly melts the marbled fat and ensures the meat absorbs the extra flavour that comes with this being a shoulder joint.
Each lamb shoulder is cut and prepared to order by our expert butchers and delivered fresh nationwide.
Delivery
We deliver our meat fresh in high performance, thermal insulated packages which are designed specifically for deliveries of fresh food. The packaging has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
