Our boneless lamb leg steaks are cut and prepared fresh to order by our expert butchers. By marinating these in a delicious mint glaze, they are bursting with flavour and are excellent for a special meal at home.
We source the finest grass fed lamb from a trusted farm in Essex and age it for a minimum of 7 days to bring you lamb steaks with amazing taste, consistency and quality.
Suitable for grilling, pan frying or barbecuing, they are delicate and beautifully tender, and as versatile as they are delicious.
Our minted boneless lamb leg steaks are delivered fresh nationwide.
PLEASE NOTE: to enhance the cooking/eating experience, our mint glaze is delivered in a separate tub (approx 15g, suitable for 2 steaks), so you can use as much as you wish. We also find that adding the glaze once the steaks are pre-heated reduces the risk of burning in a pan and produces the tastiest results.
