**Just to update you, if you are located in a PE postcode you will currently not receive a text or email confirmation as the majority of orders are being delivered via our van and we do not currently have that facility to send updates, we will en-devour to delivery this to you between 8 am to 5 pm. We prefer all our customers to use our check your delivery tab that is featured on every page on our website. Just key the post code of your current destination and this will give you all the relevant information for you location. We deliver to so many areas and feel this is the best way for you to understand when we deliver to you.
1. Delivery times National
You may select our cost-effective delivery service to most UK locations, or call in person at our depot to collect your order. We are able to offer delivery to all addresses in England, Wales, and the Scottish mainland. We make a charge to cover the cost of packing and delivery; this cost is calculated for you automatically, and you will see the full price before placing your order. Our website will give relevant details.
2. Delivery Arrangements
All orders are dispatched using a next-day, specialist road delivery service (see our delivery pages for more information). This ensures that goods are maintained in perfect condition during transit. When placing your order, it is important that someone should be at home to take delivery; the trained delivery drivers will have explicit instructions to leave your chill-pack at the premises if no-one is available, and will not take the package back to their depot. The drivers know they are carrying perishable goods. The delivery shall be deemed to have been made either when the consignee accepts delivery in person, or when the driver leaves your chill-pack at the premises.
You may opt to collect your order in person from our depot, in which case it will be available for you two day after placing the order (except Sunday, Monday and after 2pm Saturdays). Goods not collected within two days after they are available for collection will be disposed of, and the order deemed complete. No refunds can be made for uncollected orders.
4. Packaging for Delivery
You may rest assured we have taken great care to ensure your goods arrive in best condition. Our packaging standard has been carefully designed to maintain a temperature within the chill-pack of less than 5oC for 48 hours - double the time your chill-pack should spend in transit. Your produce will be vacuum packed in a food-safe polythene pouch, then placed in a chilled gourmet food box. Each pack is provided with an ice-replacement gel ("Techni-ice"), which has special low-temperature properties. This gel is non-toxic, food-safe, and can be disposed of safely with normal household waste. In local areas only, we will deliver directly from our depot to your door in our own refrigerated vehicle, and packaging will vary from that described above.

This is added to the cost of your order. We are able to offer delivery to all addresses in England, Wales, and the Scottish mainland. We regret that delivery costs are prohibitively high in other areas, hence to delivery charge in those areas.
