Our minted lamb rump is truly mouth watering. It's the perfect size for roasting for a Sunday dinner for two, or you can carefully pan fry or even barbecue. Lamb rump is an extra special cut with superb flavour. It has a natural layer of fat over the top which melts into the meat during cooking, flavouring and tenderising to make this cut extra tasty. We've also glazed with our fresh garden mint glaze for an extra special flavour that saves you preparation time too. Serve slightly pink in the middle, or medium to well done if you prefer. A real treat of a cut for a special meal.
