Orange Marmalade Glazed Christmas Ham 800g
Using the finest ham from Dingley Dell Farm in Suffolk, our expert butchers cure this ham for 2-3 days in a traditional Wiltshire cure.
The ham is then slow cooked for 8-10 hours, keeping all the juices locked inside. It is then glazed in an Orange Marmalade and put back in the oven to roast and caramelise, resulting in a tasty Christmas treat for all the family to enjoy.
