Cooking Guidelines:

• Oven Temperature: Preheat to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens) or 350°F.
• Cooking Time: Roast for 20 minutes per 500g, plus an additional 20 minutes.
  • For a 4.5kg breast, this is roughly 3 hours.
• Internal Temperature: Check that the thickest part reaches 74°C (165°F) using a meat thermometer.
