Our special beer & treacle pork cutlets are cut into generous portions of pork on the bone, from racks that we’ve submerged in a delicious beer & treacle recipe for up to 6 days to infuse the flavour throughout the pork.

We source the finest pork from Dingley Dell Farm in Suffolk, to bring you pork cuts with amazing taste, consistency and quality. The ale used for the beer & treacle cutlets is also locally sourced, from a brewery in Essex.
