The king of the steaks, the Tomahawk is a serious chunk of prime Rib Eye on the bone.
Our premium Tomahawk steaks are sourced from grass-fed cattle from British and Irish farms, from native breeds including Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Longhorn and more. We specially select the beef based on the excellent quality and marbling, and then expertly dry-age the beef for 28 days on the bone in a specially built dry-ageing chamber.
The process of dry-ageing not only develops the flavour of already fantastic beef, but the enzymes in the beef start actively breaking down the connective tissue in the muscle, resulting in an extra tender, extra tasty steak.
