Our premium rump steaks are sourced from grass-fed cattle from British and Irish farms, from native breeds including Aberdeen Angus, Hereford and more. We specially select the beef based on the excellent quality and marbling, and then expertly dry-age it for 32 days on the bone in a specially built dry-ageing chamber.

The process of dry-ageing not only enhances the flavour of already fantastic beef, but the enzymes in the beef start actively breaking down the connective tissue in the muscle, resulting in an extra tender, extra tasty steak.

Cooking each steak slowly brings out the rich flavour, guaranteeing a delicious, great value steak meal that suits any occasion.

Our expert butchers prepare all of our meat by hand to ensure superior quality and consistency.

All premium dry-aged rump steaks are delivered fresh to addresses nationwide.


We deliver our meat fresh in high performance, thermal insulated packages which are designed specifically for deliveries of fresh food. The packaging has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
