Moules Marinieries made with whole shell rope cultured mussels presented in a white wine and onion sauce, flavoured with herbs. This single portion has mussel count of 30-45 mussels per portion pouch. The mussels are rope grown off the coast of Ireland in all seasons except poor weather conditions during peak winter.
Cooking suggestions:
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan and place over a medium heat to thaw. Bring to boil, shaking pan occasionally and cook for approx 4-6 minutes untill shells open.
