Italian Style Meatloaf

It is great hot or cold! You can vary this recipe by using various different ingredients you have on hand as long as you continue to use the basic recipe.

This recipe creates a very moist meatloaf that is delicious on it's own although I personally love to serve it with a little of my quick tomato sauce as shown in the photo.

Frying - Moderate Heat

450g / 1lb: 5-6 Mins

900g / 2lb: 10-12 Mins

Casserole - Sear in frying pan for 4-5 Minutes on a high heat. Then Oven temp Gas 5, 180°C, 350°F  - 30 Mins
