Michelin Star Chef Cooking Rump Steak ()

Jim Trevor has been cooking since 1981 when he first joined Grosvenor House in Park Lane, London as an apprentice chef.  Jim acquired The Jackson Stops Inn in Stretton, Rutland in November 2000. First achieving the Michelin Red Guide's Bib Gourmand in January 2004, He has retained this award at his restaurant Jim's Yard of Stamford for the seventh consecutive year. He also owns Jim's Bistro in the city centre of Peterborough and also the Bee Hive pub and restaurant on the out skirts. Jim is a fantastic cook, and all three of his restaurants create a dining experience to remember.
