Working from a 16,000 square foot custom built cutting plant, using the latest equipment and technology. Stilton Butchers are able to supply to top end restaurants, schools, universities, nursing and elderly residential homes, local bistro’s and other butchers. 

Operating such a huge catering business not only takes hard work, excellent sourcing of produce from grade A farmers, but an inside out knowledge of our products.
