Meet Stilton Butchers Staff

When employing staff we only recruit the finest and highest skilled staff available. We are a registered CIEH training centre. To ensure that new staff are able to cut and prepare meat to Stilton Butchers standards, they are put through various block tests. Once employed by Stilton Butchers we ensure that they have all the relevant hygiene qualifications and train them thoroughly in our high standards of cutting and meat preparation.

Our butchers currently have 140 years combined experience within the meat industry but we are constantly looking at new products and presentation methods to ensure that we move forward within this ever changing industry.
